Notary clerk (m/f/d)
For our notary office, we are looking for a notary specialist (m/f/d) as soon as possible to support our notaries and a team of eight employees for at least 25 hours a week.
Your tasks
- They support and advise our clients, prepare appointments and conduct general correspondence with courts, authorities and banks.
- They prepare draft documents, create documents such as inheritance certificate applications, powers of attorney or signature certifications.
- They supervise all steps of preparing notarial documents.
- They support notaries in their daily work.
your profile
- You have completed vocational training as a lawyer and notary specialist (m/f/d).
- At best, they have initial professional experience in a notary's office and in real estate or corporate law.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- You have an independent, structured and careful way of working and have organizational talent.
- You enjoy working in a team and remain calm even in stressful situations.
