What to Expect
As our Event Manager, you will be the central point of contact for all internal and external events – from exclusive client gatherings to high-profile trade fair appearances. While experience is welcome, it’s your soft skills that matter most: You are structured, creative, resilient, and eager not only to plan but also to be on-site and hands-on – especially when things get exciting in the evenings. Got your smartphone ready? Perfect – you'll capture our events on social media and create authentic, engaging content.
Your Key Responsibilities
Independently organize law firm events such as our signature series “Hannover Real Estate Partners meet Friends,” employee celebrations, and seasonal campaigns like Easter surprises.
Manage external events like our trade fair appearances at Real Estate Arena – from setup to post-event wrap-up.
Develop creative concepts for giveaways, client gifts, and firm-branded merchandise – like jerseys for the B2Run.
Coordinate service providers, venues, and catering, manage budgets, and direct on-site operations.
Collaborate closely with our executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners – confidently, charmingly, and solution-focused.
Ensure our events gain visibility on platforms like LinkedIn – with compelling images, videos, and captions
What You Bring
Strong organizational talent, a hands-on mentality, and a sharp instinct for people and brands.
A calm, solution-oriented approach – even when plans change last minute.
A passion for teamwork, ownership, and the dynamics of everyday law firm life.
Flexibility, particularly for evening events, and a love for blending planning with real-time action.
Prior experience in event management or a similar role is a plus – but not a requirement.
Completed training as an event manager or a comparable qualification is required.
