During your three-year apprenticeship, you will be introduced to the following tasks
Assisting clients, planning and preparing appointments, and independently managing correspondence
Organising, maintaining, and archiving case files and deadlines, as well as setting up and monitoring calendars for court and meeting appointments
Processing payment orders and enforcement notices while supporting our lawyers in various aspects of their daily work
Assisting in the notarial department with the preparation of property purchase agreements, corporate and marriage contracts, divorce settlement agreements, and wills
Gaining in-depth knowledge of contract drafting and execution in the notarial field, enabling you to independently draft contracts upon completing your apprenticeship
Your Profile
You have A-levels, a university entrance qualification, or a good secondary school diploma
Ideally, you have good grades in German and Mathematics
You are a strong communicator and a team player who enjoys organising and stays focused even in stressful situations
Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
