In the run-up to the Real Estate Arena, which starts next week, “Hannover Real Estate Partners Meet Friends” took place in the impressive premises of the Hannover Messe. The event is regularly organized by activelaw, Krasemann Immobilien Gruppe, WWB Weser-Wohnbau Holding GmbH & Co. KG and Interhomes AG. Hosts Hartwig von Sass (Real Estate Arena) and Dr. Christoph Wolter (activelaw) welcomed guests to the Skylounge, which offers fantastic views of Hanover from the 18th floor.

Experts from our firm were immediately reminded of our own outlook — which view is ultimately the better remains to be decided. Over a good glass of wine, the participants exchanged ideas in the now familiar group.

The highlight of the evening was the presentation by Corina Pätsch, President of the head office of the Deutsche Bundesbank for Bremen, Lower Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. It examined current economic developments and the interest rate cycle, which led to a lively discussion. The central bank's view of ESG risks was also discussed and offered important insights into future challenges.

On the subject of finger food, there was further discussion on a smaller scale. Overall, we look back on a very successful evening with valuable professional input and are looking forward to the upcoming Real Estate Arena.
