Actually, we were already looking forward to a Christmas party with all colleagues. Actually, because: Even in the second year of the pandemic, our plans forged with hope in the summer fell into water. The fact that we would rather keep our distance this December instead of toasting a successful year together is, of course, a very privileged view of current events. And yet: We didn't really want to let the pre-Christmas atmosphere be spoiled.
Equipped with an FFP2 mask, waffle iron and mulled wine maker, the ActiveLaw partners were expecting employees on the ground floor of our office building just before Christmas. In this way, everyone was able to create some Christmas market feelings and — outdoors, from a distance — chat with colleagues.
And special gifts were distributed to all employees: A Christmas menu for 3-4 people was waiting in large boxes. Classic with clichy duck with red cabbage and potato dumplings, for vegetarians with a delicious savoy roll, plus porcini cream soup, panna cotta and wine. The ActiveLaw Christmas dinner therefore always took place at home — with happy and satisfied partners, children or roommates.

We sincerely hope that we will be able to report on lavish parties and lively team events here again in December 2022. Until then, we wish you a peaceful turn of the year and a healthy and successful new year.
