As part of our event series Hannover Real Estate Partners meet Friends, we had the privilege of experiencing a special highlight: Tony Hohlfeld, Germany's youngest two-star chef until recently, was a guest at activelaw and delighted our guests with culinary masterpieces and an insight into his inspiring career.
Dr. Christoph Wolter, who has known and supported Tony Hohlfeld and his restaurant Jante for many years, conducted a personal interview with the renowned chef. During their conversation, they not only discussed Tony’s path to Michelin-starred cuisine but also the challenges and successes that have shaped him.
