Activelaw acquired NiNo Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH on the sale of GLASER Programmsysteme GmbH, a second-generation owner-managed company specialized in the development and distribution of software solutions for construction planning, to BuildTec Software Group counselled and sustains. GLASER Programmsysteme GmbH, whose previous managing director Matthias Glaser will continue to work in this role, is thus entering into a strategic and future-oriented partnership.

The company serves over 4,000 customers with professional CAD solutions in 2D and 3D as well as advanced BIM planning tools. In addition, GLASER provides customized software development services and helps customers integrate mixed reality technologies. The GLASER team consists primarily of experienced civil engineers who specialize in the development and use of design programs and CAD software.
The vending was made to the BuildTec Software Group, an up-and-coming company that innovative software solutions developed for construction and craft companies. With activities in various countries, including Germany and Denmark, the group was able to expand its presence by taking over the German sites in Wildpoldsried, Dortmund, Monheim and now Hanover.
